abstract |
An object of the present invention is to efficiently redifferentiate a transformed plant body. SOLUTION: A leaf blade of a patterned leaf such as Jatropha curcasus is immersed in an Agrobacterium fungus with a petiole and returned to atmospheric pressure from a pressure reduced from atmospheric pressure. Agrobacterium is introduced into the tissue. Thereafter, the leaf blades are immersed in an aqueous solution of antibiotics to contact the antibiotics with Agrobacterium in the tissue of the leaf blades, and then contacted with a bactericide other than antibiotics such as hypochlorous acid.
