titleOfInvention Radiation imaging equipment
abstract An optical reset for a photodetection substrate can be sufficiently performed, image blur of a radiographic image can be suppressed, and sensitivity of the photodetection substrate for visible light is also improved. In a radiographic imaging device (20, 20A to 20D), a light detection substrate (72), a scintillator (74), a switching filter (76), and a reset light source (78) are arranged in this order, and the switching filter (76). When the reset light from the reset light source (78) is transmitted, the light detection substrate (72) is irradiated with the reset light via the scintillator (74), while the reset light is not transmitted. At least the visible light converted from the radiation by the scintillator (74) is reflected in the direction of the light detection substrate (72). [Selection] Figure 3
