titleOfInvention | Method for screening drug candidate compound for Gs-coupled receptor |
abstract | Provided is a method for screening a drug candidate compound for a Gs-coupled receptor that activates the Gs-coupled receptor and does not cause desensitization. It has been found that by using a partial agonist activity for a Gs-coupled receptor as an index, a compound that activates the Gs-coupled receptor and does not cause desensitization can be efficiently screened. At least one receptor selected from the group consisting of a β1 adrenergic receptor, a β2 adrenergic receptor, a β3 adrenergic receptor, and a GLP-1 receptor. [Selection figure] None |
