An apparatus for easily inducing a nuclear reaction without using a large apparatus such as a nuclear reactor or an accelerator. The irradiation member is instantaneously irradiated with a laser beam having energy capable of ionizing the irradiation member (step S1) to generate high energy particles (step S2), and the target material is irradiated with the high energy particles (step S2). Since the nuclear reaction is induced in step S3) (step S4), unlike nuclear reactors and accelerators, it is easy to handle and can induce the nuclear reaction at low cost. [Selection] Figure 1 |
