A cross-linking agent comprising (a) an acrylic resin and (b) a polyisocyanate on at least one surface of a film made of a polylactic acid composition having a stereocomplex crystallinity (S) of 90% or more, or The polylactic acid film formed so that the laminated film containing the acryl-type crosslinking agent which has an oxazoline group might become the outermost surface.
