titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for regenerating amine liquid
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently regenerate an amine liquid containing carbon dioxide gas and other acid components with an ion exchange resin by a simple configuration and operation, to obtain a regenerated amine liquid having a low content of SOx, NOx and other acid components, A method and apparatus for regenerating an amine liquid is obtained, in which the use efficiency of the exchange resin and the regenerant is high and the determination of the regeneration time is easy. SOLUTION: An acidic gas is absorbed by an amine liquid in an absorption tower 1 and the rich amine liquid is thermally decomposed in a regeneration tower 2 to release a diffusive acidic gas to be primarily regenerated to produce a lean amine. When a part of the liquid is passed through the anion exchange resin layer 14 for exchange adsorption and secondary regeneration, the amine secondary regeneration process stops the liquid passage when SOx or NOx leaks, and the anion exchange resin layer is removed. The SOx / NOx removal step to regenerate, and the lean amine solution is decarboxylated in the second regeneration tower 2a and passed through the anion exchange resin layer. When the conductivity rises, the amine solution is stopped from passing and the anion exchange is performed. An HSAS removal step of regenerating the resin layer is performed. [Selection] Figure 1
