A positive electrode active material for a power storage device with improved electrical conductivity and a power storage device using the same are provided. In addition, a positive electrode active material having a large capacity and a power storage device using the same are provided. A nucleus made of a lithium metal oxide is used as a nucleus of a main material of a positive electrode active material, and 1 to 10 graphenes are used as a coating layer with respect to the nucleus.
