abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve fine processing because it has photosensitivity, and a cured film obtained has excellent reflectivity, flexibility, excellent flame retardancy, and small warpage of a substrate after curing. Another object of the present invention is to provide a white photosensitive resin composition, a resin film, an insulating film, and a printed wiring board with an insulating film, which have little change in reflectance and hue after high-temperature heat history or light irradiation. SOLUTION: At least (A) a hydroxyl group-containing resin having a specific structure substantially free of radical polymerizable groups in the molecule, (B) a carboxyl group-containing resin containing radical polymerizable groups in the molecule, (C ) Radical polymerizable compound, (D) a reactive group-containing compound having reactivity with a hydroxyl group substantially not containing an aromatic ring in the molecule, (E) a photopolymerization initiator, (F) rutile titanium oxide, (G The above-mentioned problem can be solved by using a white photosensitive resin composition characterized by containing a phosphinic acid salt and substantially not containing a silicon-containing organic compound.
