abstract | An object of the present invention is a metal film that can be produced without requiring a large amount of energy, and that can easily form a metal film that exhibits excellent adhesion to a substrate even when exposed to a high temperature and high humidity environment. It is to provide a forming method. A step (1) of forming a first resin layer containing a cyano group-containing resin and having a cyano group content of 7.4 mmol / g or more on a substrate; and on the first resin layer (2) forming a resin composition layer comprising a polymerization group and a resin having a polymerizable group and a functional group that interacts with a plating catalyst or a precursor thereof, and applying energy to the resin composition layer. Step (3) of forming a second resin layer by curing, a step (4) of applying a plating catalyst or its precursor to the second resin layer, plating, and the second resin.
