Superhumanization of antibodies by blasting of putative mature CDRs and generation and screening of cohort libraries |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and composition relating to an improved universal antibody library that rationally utilizes human diversity information contained in a reference antibody library, for example, a universal antibody library. The disclosed process involves directing the diversity of human antibodies present in a reference library to a cohort library of the present invention using a query CDR sequence. Also disclosed are methods of generating and screening such cohort libraries for isolating therapeutic agents suitable for treating diseases. [Selection] Figure 1 |
