abstract An external preparation for skin having a good whitening effect and high safety is provided. The external preparation for skin of the present invention contains liposomes encapsulating grabrizine. By using sphingomyelin as the phospholipid constituting the liposome, the whitening effect by grabridine can be improved and the cytotoxicity by grabridine can be suppressed. By blending these liposomes into a skin external preparation, a skin external preparation having excellent whitening effect and high safety can be obtained. [Selection] Figure 1
