abstract A foam extinguishing agent drainage associated with the operation of a safety valve or a running water detection device can be properly collected and processed. A drain pipe 62 branched from a pressure gauge connecting pipe 46 on the secondary side of the flowing water detection device 26 is opened when the secondary pressure of the flowing water detection device 26 exceeds a predetermined safety set pressure. A safety valve 64 for lowering the next pressure is provided. The foam fire extinguishing liquid discharged from the drain pipe 62 provided with the safety valve 64 and the flowing water detection pipe 52 provided with the pressure switch 56 is stored in the waste liquid tank 60, and the liquid level detector 66 detects and monitors the full level of the waste liquid tank 60.
