titleOfInvention Phosphate coating material, apatite coating material, and production method thereof
abstract Disclosed is a coating material having a phosphate coating or an apatite coating that is stable and preferably excellent in tissue affinity on a substrate having high corrosion resistance. (A) 304 stainless steel in which a passive breakdown potential measured by an acidic aqueous solution ISO 10271 containing ceramics, a polymer compound, a carbon material, and a phosphate and having a pH of less than 5 is measured under the same conditions. A base material selected from the group consisting of a metal having a passive breakdown potential equal to or higher than the passive breakdown potential, and a composite material thereof, and (B) an acidic aqueous solution containing a phosphate and having a pH of less than 5. A method for producing a phosphate coating material, comprising a hydrothermal treatment step of reacting by heating to a temperature higher than 100 ° C. under a pressure higher than 1 atm; or a ceramic, a polymer compound, a carbon material, a metal, and a composite thereof A substrate selected from the group consisting of materials, a phosphate coating made of a phosphate other than apatite provided on the substrate, and provided on the phosphate coating An apatite coating material having an apatite coating.
