abstract |
An actuator that achieves both improved deformation response characteristics and improved generated force is provided. A pair of electrodes facing each other and an intermediate layer including at least an electrolyte disposed between the pair of electrodes have at least a polymer fiber layer, and form a polymer fiber layer.
