titleOfInvention Method for producing dye-sensitized solar cell
abstract A suitable method for producing a dye-sensitized solar cell having a porous semiconductor layer having a plurality of zones adsorbing dyes having different light absorption wavelengths is provided. A method of manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell includes forming a first porous semiconductor layer portion 12 by adsorbing a first dye after providing a porous semiconductor material on a glass fiber molded body 10 and firing the material. A step of providing a porous semiconductor material on at least one surface of the porous corrosion-resistant metal sheet 14 and baking the porous semiconductor material to form a second porous semiconductor layer portion 16 by adsorbing a second dye; A step of forming the porous semiconductor layer 18 by bonding the glass fiber molded body 10 and the porous corrosion-resistant metal sheet 14 with the porous semiconductor layer portion 12 and the second porous semiconductor layer portion 16 facing each other; A step of providing a transparent substrate that transmits light on the glass fiber molded body 10 side of the semiconductor layer 18 and assembling a dye-sensitized solar cell using the porous corrosion-resistant metal sheet 14 as a three-dimensional electrode is included.
