The present invention provides a photosensitive paste composition capable of forming a high-definition electrode pattern or the like at a low cost with a low resistance value, and a pattern forming method using the same. The photosensitive paste composition comprises (A) flaky aluminum powder, (B) glass powder, (C) alkali-soluble resin, (D) polyfunctional (meth) acrylate, (E) photopolymerization initiator, F) A light absorber and (G) a solvent are contained. (A) The flaky aluminum powder has a 50% by weight particle diameter of 2 to 7 μm, an average thickness of 0.05 to 1 μm, and an aspect ratio of 2 to 140. (F) The light absorber is contained in an amount of 0.1 wt% or more and less than 1 wt% with respect to 100 wt% of (A) flaky aluminum powder, and the absorption maximum wavelength is in the range of 350 nm to 450 nm.
