Radiation detector and radiation diagnostic apparatus |
abstract |
To efficiently reduce not only noise caused by dark current and offset noise but also lateral noise caused by time fluctuation of a gate line applied voltage. A radiation detector includes a plurality of pixels arrayed in a matrix and detects incident radiation. The reading unit has a plurality of reading methods that can be selectively specified, and reads a detection signal from the radiation detection unit. The storage unit stores a correction value corresponding to each readout method for each readout method. The correction unit corrects the output detection signal based on the correction value selectively read from the storage unit according to the reading method. [Selection] Figure 3 |
