titleOfInvention | Building roof structure |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a roof structure capable of suppressing a rapid discharge into a room containing water even when the roof frame layer is in an unexpected water-containing state. A roof portion 6 of a building 1 is provided with a ventilation structure 40 that ventilates between the room and outside air, and includes a roof frame layer 70 that divides the room and outside air of the building 1, and the roof frame layer 70. The outdoor side surface of the roof frame layer 70 is covered with a waterproof layer 73, and the indoor side surface of the roof frame layer 70 has a moisture permeability resistance larger than that of the roof frame layer 70, and is released from the roof frame layer 70 into the room. It is covered with a moisture permeation adjusting layer 54 that adjusts the moisture rate to such an extent that the ventilation structure 40 can discharge the moisture. [Selection] Figure 5 |
