titleOfInvention | Method for producing slurry composition |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a slurry composition capable of producing an excellent dispersibility by a simple process and producing a green sheet having a low water content. Moreover, the slurry composition manufactured using the manufacturing method of this slurry composition is provided. A method for producing a slurry composition containing an inorganic powder, a polyvinyl acetal resin and an organic solvent, wherein the inorganic powder, the polyvinyl acetal resin (A) and an organic solvent for inorganic dispersion are added and mixed to form an inorganic dispersion. A step of adding a polyvinyl acetal resin (B) and an organic solvent for a resin solution to prepare a resin solution, and a step of adding a resin solution to the inorganic dispersion, and the polyvinyl acetal The resin (A) has a degree of polymerization of 20 to 600 and a hydroxyl group amount of 47.5 to 60 mol%, and the polyvinyl acetal resin (B) has a polymerization degree of 800 to 4200 and a hydroxyl group amount of 28. In the step of preparing the inorganic dispersion, the polyvinyl acetal resin (A) is added in an amount of 0.1 to 100 parts by weight of the inorganic powder. Method for producing a slurry composition to be added 20 parts by weight. [Selection figure] None |
