【Task】 In reverse osmosis membranes used for advanced treatment of sewage regeneration and seawater desalination, dissolved organic substances in the water adsorb on the reverse osmosis membrane surface, causing clogging, reducing the amount of water permeation, and replacing the reverse osmosis membrane module The problem is that the frequency of doing this is high. [Solution] In order to efficiently remove dissolved organic matter, a ceramic filter with a honeycomb structure with a large adsorption surface area is used, the communication holes of the ceramic filter are used as the flow path, a part of the flow path is plugged, and the water to be treated becomes a partition wall. The membrane is treated with a reverse osmosis membrane having a high molecular weight polymer containing an amide group in the partition wall. Since the water to be treated is filtered when passing through the partition walls of the flow path, the cleanliness becomes high, and the adhesion of organic matter to the reverse osmosis membrane can be suppressed. In addition, since the flow path is as wide as a micro order, clogging is difficult. [Selection] Figure 5 |
