A plurality of first metal wire rods 21A and a plurality of second metal wire rods 21B arranged so as to intersect with the plurality of first metal wire rods 21A. A working electrode network 21 in which each of the metal wires 21A has a recess 23 at a position intersecting with each of the second metal wires 21B, and each of the plurality of second metal wires 21B is fitted in the recess 23.
