abstract | The present invention relates to a colored metallic coated steel sheet in which a metallic pigment and a colored pigment are dispersed in a coating film, which has a small change in appearance (color tone, metallic feeling) even when used outdoors for a long period of time, and has excellent weather resistance. To provide metallic coated steel sheet. The coated steel sheet of the present invention is a coated steel sheet having a three-coat specification, in which an undercoat film, an intermediate coat film, and a topcoat film are sequentially laminated on the surface of the steel sheet. The intermediate coating film is composed mainly of an organic resin containing 50 to 85% by mass of a fluororesin, 0.5 to 50% by mass of aluminum particles with respect to the resin solid content, and 1 to 1% of the color pigment with respect to the resin solid content. Contains ~ 35% by mass. The top coat film is composed mainly of an organic resin containing 50 to 85% by mass of a fluororesin, and 0.1 to 2.0% by mass of titanium oxide particles having a diameter of 0.015 to 0.03 μm based on the resin solid content. Including. The film thickness of the top coat film is in the range of 5 to 20 μm. [Selection] Figure 2 |
