abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing an ultra-soft foam by injecting a liquid resin into a mold and heating the mold to cure or foam-curing the foam material. Provided is a method for easily producing an ultra-soft foam having an excellent appearance by suppressing shrinkage in a mold. SOLUTION: Opening portions 5a and 5b of release molds 4a and 4b having strong adhesiveness to a foam on the inner surface of a cavity, and surfaces 2 and 3 having strong release properties of the foam, and the adhesiveness. The mold 1 having a structure capable of separating the peelable dies 4a and 4b having a strong separation property from the surfaces 2 and 3 having a strong releasability is used.
