Of a carrier for manufacturing the carrier can be efficiently manufactured. A hole or recess forming step for forming a hole or recess on at least a part of the substrate, and a coating containing at least polydimethylsiloxane after the hole or recess is covered with a mask provided on a screen plate. It is a manufacturing method of the conveyance carrier including the coating film formation process which screen-prints the coating liquid containing a dimethylsiloxane composition, and forms a coating film, and the baking process which bakes the said coating film.
