abstract | A toner block capable of preventing scattering of toner is provided. [Solution] Prepare a toner suspension in which spherical toner is dispersed in water so that the water content is 32.5 to 37% by mass, and add 0.2 ml of water within 3 minutes. Absorbed by a water absorbing body to be absorbed, a spherical toner aggregate containing 32.3% by mass or less of water is prepared, and the aggregate is dried to form and collapse.
