titleOfInvention Coating degradation evaluation method and apparatus
abstract An object of the present invention is to evaluate the deterioration of a film regardless of the state of a metal surface. First, at a first time point, a diffusion measurement current value of oxygen on the surface of a metal structure on which a film is formed is measured to obtain a first measurement value. Next, at a second time point after the first time point, the oxygen diffusion limit current value on the surface of the metal structure on which the film is formed is measured to obtain a second measurement value. Thereafter, the deterioration of the film is evaluated by comparing the first measurement value and the second measurement value. For example, when the second measurement value is larger than the set measurement value than the first measurement value, it is determined that the coating has deteriorated. [Selection] Figure 1
