abstract | A thermal conductive composition having excellent thermal conductivity, impact resistance, light weight, and moldability is provided. A heat conductive composition comprising a polycarbonate-based polymer, a pitch-based graphitized short fiber, and a heat-conductive filler other than the pitch-based graphitized short fiber, wherein the heat conductivity is other than the pitch-based graphitized short fiber. The filler has a thermal conductivity of 100 W / m ยท K or more in at least one direction, a density of 4 g / cm 3 or less, and 50 to 100 weights of pitch-based graphitized short fibers with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polycarbonate-based polymer. The heat conductive composition characterized by including 30-150 weight part of heat conductive fillers other than a part and a pitch-type graphitized short fiber. [Selection figure] None |
