PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric material excellent in resistance to dielectric breakdown and a manufacturing method thereof. In addition, a transducer having high dielectric breakdown resistance and excellent durability is provided. A dielectric material is synthesized from an alkoxysilane-modified epoxy resin, an organometallic compound, and a rubber polymer having a functional group capable of reacting with an epoxy group of the alkoxysilane-modified epoxy resin. Silica produced by the sol-gel reaction of alkoxysilane in the alkoxysilane-modified epoxy resin is dispersed in the polymer network of the synthesized dielectric material. [Selection] Figure 1 |
