abstract | Provided is a hair cleansing composition that exhibits an excellent cleaning effect and hair repairing / restoring effect on damaged hair caused by chemical treatment or the like in a one-step hair washing action. SOLUTION: (a) a first agent containing at least 5% by mass of an anionic surfactant; (b) 0.1 to 20% by mass of a water-insoluble silicone compound; and (c) a cationic surfactant. And (d) a second agent comprising an emulsion containing a long-chain aliphatic alcohol, and the component (a) in the composition and the total amount of the components (b), (c) and (d) The ratio (a) / [(b) + (c) + (d)] is 0.5 to 20 in mass ratio, and the first agent and the second agent are mixed at the time of use.
