abstract |
A high-accuracy clock signal is generated even when the setting of the clock frequency is changed or even when the power supply or temperature varies. A frequency / voltage conversion circuit 13 includes a switch unit including switches SW1 and SW2, capacitance elements C and C10 to C13, and switches CSW0 to CSW3.
