PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acid-modified polypropylene resin, a production method thereof, and a resin composition using the same, which can be used as an adhesive capable of adhering a polyolefin resin and a polar resin with a sufficient force. An isotactic polypropylene resin, an organic acid component, and R 1 —A—R 2 (wherein A is a divalent linkage containing at least one structure represented by —O—CO—O—O—). Group, R 1 and R 2 are each independently an organic peroxide represented by a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 1 to 9 carbon atoms, whereby the organic acid component is grafted onto the polypropylene resin. A method for producing an acid-modified polypropylene resin comprising 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of the organic peroxide with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polypropylene resin.
