abstract |
A monoclonal antibody derived from a parent monoclonal antibody that recognizes Lewis Y antigen, or a derivative or fragment thereof is provided. The monoclonal antibody or derivative or fragment thereof has a bipartite hybrid N-glycosylation pattern in the Fc region or Fc region equivalent, wherein the antibody has at least a 10-fold increase in ADCC activity and at least a 10% decrease.
