abstract | A novel angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor and a blood pressure lowering agent are provided. An angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor comprising a rice-derived peptide as an active ingredient, and a blood pressure lowering agent comprising a rice-derived peptide as an active ingredient. The peptide is prepared by suspending polished rice powder in distilled water, adding starch-degrading enzyme, stirring, cooling, centrifuging, washing with water and drying to obtain rice-derived protein, and then adding an appropriate amount of proteolytic enzyme. It can be added and reacted, and then the enzyme is inactivated, centrifuged, and the collected filtrate can be obtained by pulverization by a spray drying method. [Selection figure] None |
