abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a laminate in which there is no adhesive residue and warpage deformation is suppressed. Moreover, the manufacturing method which can manufacture a laminated body easily and at low cost, without increasing the number of processes is provided. In the laminate of the present invention, a protective film made of a resin composition containing two polymer components is directly laminated on a mat surface of a mat film made of a thermoplastic resin, and the mat film and the protective film are laminated. The film is peelable. In addition, the production method of the present invention is a method in which a resin composition and a thermoplastic resin are melt-coextruded to obtain a film-like product, and the surface of the resin composition is in contact with the shaping roll between the shaping roll and the touch roll.
