A composition for preventing and improving lifestyle-related diseases caused by oxidative stress and a method for producing the same are provided. [Solution] The processed product of oyster meat is used as an oral intake composition containing an active ingredient as an active ingredient. It is characterized by containing omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid and taurine as main active ingredients, and the composition has superoxide anion scavenging ability of 450 μg / ml or less as IC50 value, and hydroxyl radical scavenging ability as IC50 value of 300 μg or less / Ml, and when singlet oxygen scavenging ability is 200 (50 s −1 ) μg or less / ml, a more effective effect is exhibited.
