Disclosed is an additive (dispersant) that can suppress leakage of liposomes such as encapsulated drugs from liposomes for long-term storage and can be used stably for a long period of time and a dry powder thereof. And a method for producing a liposome or liposome dispersion or a dry powder thereof by a two-stage emulsification method. In a secondary emulsification step, a dispersant that does not form a molecular aggregate by itself or a molecular aggregate by itself that has a volume average particle size of 10 nm or less (hereinafter referred to as “specific dispersant”). A method for producing liposomes by a two-stage emulsification method, and a method for producing a liposome dispersion and a dry powder thereof using the production method. As the specific dispersant, for example, it is preferable to contain at least one of gelatin, albumin, dextran or polyalkylene oxide compounds. [Selection figure] None |
