abstract |
Provided is a method for controlling harmful algae using bionanocapsid. SOLUTION: 1) a step of collecting and culturing harmful algae causing red tide and a green tide phenomenon; 2) a step of selecting a virus having specificity for the cultured harmful algae; 3) the selected A step of cloning a viral capsid gene, 5) a step of producing a recombinant yeast library of the cloned gene to produce a large amount of nanocapsid, and 6) a step of mounting an algicidal substance on the mass-produced nanocapsid. And 7) a step of spraying the nanocapsid loaded with the algicidal substance on the ocean. Hazardous algae control methods are designed to selectively affect specific algae using viruses specific to specific algae that cause red tide or green tide phenomenon. It is expected to eliminate the side effects on the marine ecosystem which is a problem of the prevention method. [Selection] Figure 6 |
