titleOfInvention | Bonding method of metal material |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion of a silane coupling agent thin film by a very simple method when the surface of a metal material is surface-treated with a silane coupling agent, and is conventionally treated with zinc phosphate or chromic acid. It aims at providing the adhesion method of the metal material from which the adhesive force equivalent to is obtained. A silane coupling agent solution having a concentration of 0.2 to 2.0% by mass with respect to at least a surface to be bonded of two metal materials using an adhesive. A thin film is formed by coating with, and washed with an acid aqueous solution. Then, a silane coupling agent solution having a concentration of 0.2 to 2.0% by mass is applied again to form a thin film, followed by drying by heating, and then an epoxy adhesive. Glue with the agent. [Selection figure] None |
