abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a thermal conductive sheet that is excellent in thermal conductivity in the surface direction and can realize low water absorption. A thermal conductive sheet 1 containing plate-like boron nitride particles 2 and having a thermal conductivity in a plane direction (orthogonal direction) SD perpendicular to the thickness direction TD of the thermal conductive sheet 1 is 4 W / m. -It is K or more and a water absorption is 3 volume% or less. This thermal conductive sheet 1 is excellent in thermal conductivity in a plane direction orthogonal to the thickness direction, and further, water absorption is suppressed. Therefore, the damage when exposed to high temperatures can be suppressed, and the heat conductive sheet 1 having excellent surface conductivity while being excellent in handleability can be used for various heat dissipation applications.
