titleOfInvention Method for observing polymer material containing inorganic filler
abstract A method for observing a polymer material containing an inorganic filler, which allows easy interpretation of the dispersion state of the inorganic filler in the polymer material. In a phase dispersion structure analysis of a polymer material in which at least two kinds of polymer materials and one or more kinds of inorganic fillers are mixed as raw materials, a chemical reaction with at least one kind of polymer materials is performed. After immersing the sample piece of polymer material in an electron staining solution that forms a heavy metal compound and chemically reacts with the inorganic filler, it is washed with water, and the sample piece is observed with a scanning electron microscope to perform a chemical reaction. The backscattered electron image in which the polymer material that does not chemically react with the polymer material and the inorganic filler dispersed is obtained, and the portion of the hole where the inorganic filler in the reflected electron image is eluted and the inorganic filler that does not elute A reflected electron image in which the luminance with the part is matched is obtained.
