titleOfInvention | Thermoplastic polyurethane |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: It is composed of a diisocyanate compound residue unit and a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer residue unit, and is excellent in moist heat resistance, heat resistance, workability, and toughness, and is expected to be useful in various fields and applications A novel thermoplastic polyurethane is provided. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic polyurethane comprising a diisocyanate compound residue unit, preferably 2 to 30% by weight, and a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer residue unit, preferably 98 to 70% by weight, and a saponification with a diisocyanate compound. A method for producing a thermoplastic polyurethane comprising heating and mixing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. [Selection figure] None |
