titleOfInvention | Novel antigen-binding molecule, method for screening target antigen-binding phage, and method for producing antigen-binding molecule against any target antigen |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel antigen-binding molecule (VLR) that recognizes an antigen that is not recognized by a known VLRA or VLRB, and a method for screening a target antigen-binding phage using the same. A leucine-rich repeat N-terminal adjacent region (LRRRNT), a leucine-rich repeat C-terminal adjacent region (LRRRCT), and one or more leucine-rich repeat sequences (LRR) between the LRRNT and the LRRCT. The LRRCT has a motif consisting of at least one of the following amino acid sequences (a) and (b). (A) Val-Lys-X1-Val-Asn- (X8) -Cys (B) Val-Lys-X1-Val-X1-Thr- (X7) -Cys {In the formula, X represents an arbitrary amino acid, and Xn (n is a natural number) represents an amino acid sequence composed of arbitrary amino acids X of the same or different n residues. } [Selection] Figure 4 |
