abstract |
Entrained air generated when embossing is formed by high-speed conveyance is reduced, and embossing having the same shape as that during low-speed conveyance is formed. A mat roller 31 and an emboss forming roller 32 for forming an emboss on the film F by sandwiching and transporting the film F with the mat roller 31 and an entrainment generated between the mat roller 31 and the film F.
