titleOfInvention | Extruded foam with excellent heat insulation performance |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruded foam molded article for a heat insulating material having a remarkable effect of improving heat insulating performance without using chlorofluorocarbons as a foaming agent. SOLUTION: A laminated molten resin obtained by joining at least one molten resin containing a blowing agent and at least one molten resin not containing a blowing agent pressurized by a gear pump in a vertical direction that is a thickness direction under high pressure. The extruded foam molded body is obtained by extruding in the flow direction while releasing it under atmospheric pressure, adjusting the shape of a constant cross section with a mold and continuously molding the extruded foam molded body in the thickness direction. Use of an extruded foam molded body having a structure in which a foamed layer is laminated via a non-foamed layer, and the foamed layer is composed of cells having an average cell diameter of 0.10 to 0.25 mm To do.
