abstract |
Provided are a prepreg and a laminate comprising a resin composition which is efficiently excellent in heat resistance, heat dissipation and dimensional stability. SOLUTION: A thermosetting resin composition comprising 1 to 99 parts by mass of a boron nitride nanotube non-woven fabric porous body and 99 to 1 part by mass of a thermosetting resin, and the voids of the porous body are filled with the thermosetting resin.
