Ceramide synthesis accelerator, cosmetics, topical skin preparation, quasi-drug, pharmaceutical and method for producing ceramide synthesis accelerator |
abstract |
The present invention provides a new technique for promoting the synthesis of ceramide in the skin. A ceramide synthesis promoter as one embodiment of the present invention has a liposome containing sphingomyelin. The liposome is negatively charged. Such liposomes include, for example, a dissolution step S100 in which sphingomyelin and a negatively charged lipid are dissolved in an organic solvent to generate a solution, and a vacuum distillation step S102 in which the solution is distilled under reduced pressure to form a lipid thin film. It can be obtained by adding water to the lipid thin film and emulsifying it to obtain a liposome, and then emulsifying step S104. [Selection] Figure 1 |
