PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reaction between an electrode and a non-aqueous electrolyte during charging and discharging, improve cycle characteristics in a high temperature environment, and suppress gas generation during continuous charging. SOLUTION: In a non-aqueous electrolyte, together with a solvent and an electrolyte salt, at least one of a chain or cyclic imide salt and a heteropolyacid or a heteropolyacid compound are included. The heteropolyacid and the heteropolyacid compound have, for example, an Anderson structure, a Keggin structure, a Dawson structure, or a Preyssler structure. [Selection] Figure 2 |
