[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Forty kinds of tea compounds separated from green tea, oolong tea and black tea were tested, and as a result of earnest research targeting the enzyme COX-2 and its product PGE2 which cause chronic inflammation, 18 kinds of tea were found.
