[PROBLEMS] To form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that is easy to adjust the adhesiveness and that does not contaminate an adherend due to bleed-out or that the adhesive performance is not affected by humidity, and has excellent antistatic stability. An antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that can be used is provided. MN (wherein M represents a substituted or unsubstituted thiophene ring group, and N represents a substituted or unsubstituted pyrrole ring group. The ring represented by M and the ring are represented by N. An antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprising a heterocyclic ring-containing aromatic polymer having a heterocyclic ring-containing aromatic compound represented by the general formula as a monomer, and an adhesive resin.
