A biaxially stretched polyamide resin film having high concealability and high gas barrier properties even after hot water treatment such as boiling and retort is provided. A gas barrier layer formed of a biaxially stretched polyamide resin film substrate containing 5 to 40% by weight of a white pigment, and a gas barrier layer-forming coating material containing a polyalcohol-based polymer and a polycarboxylic acid-based polymer. And an overcoat layer formed of an overcoat layer-forming paint containing at least one of a monovalent metal compound and a divalent or higher metal compound, and a topcoat formed of a topcoat layer-forming paint A gas barrier biaxially stretched polyamide resin film in which layers are laminated in this order.
